CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Vidhusha.com, we ensure all products go through multiple quality checks before dispatch. We strive to make our product listings detailed and accurate to help you make informed decisions.
However, if you are unsatisfied with the size of your product, we offer a size exchange option for domestic orders.
Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Jewelry, bags, home decor, and customized orders (such as made-to-order sarees or lehengas) are non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Color variations, fabric expectations, or embellishment differences are not grounds for exchange, as product details are clearly mentioned on our website.
Exchange Process
If your exchange request meets the above conditions, follow these steps:
Raise an Exchange Request
Contact us at ordersvidhusha@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call +91 7231943710 within 24–48 hours of delivery.Pay Exchange Charges
A Rs. 300 exchange processing fee (per product) will be charged.
After payment, share the screenshot of the payment via email or WhatsApp.Product Pickup
We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address after the exchange fee is processed.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product. Our team will share the shipping address. Please use a trusted courier service, as we are not liable for lost shipments during self-shipping.
Inspection & Exchange Dispatch
After the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through quality inspection.
Once approved, the new size will be shipped within 7–10 working days.
Important Notes:
One-time exchange only per order.
Multiple exchanges for the same product/order are not accepted.
Size Unavailability
If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit voucher (valid for 60 days) for the product amount.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement.
For prepaid orders, a 2–3% deduction applies (payment gateway charges).

Refund Policy
No refunds are offered.
Only size exchanges or credit vouchers are provided.
In rare cases of a manufacturing defect, refunds (if approved) will have a 2–3% deduction (payment gateway charges).
International Orders
Currently, we do not accept exchanges or cancellations for international orders.
